The penthouse floor of 190 South LaSalle already included a beautiful former law library, but GARNETT modernized and refurbished the existing library and replaced the adjacent traditional office space with a trendy new bar, tenant amenity, and event space. The complex volumes are the result of colliding rooflines in the building’s structure, and while the design was uniquely challenging – the results were uniquely inspiring!
